The Best Mods

Hello everyone.
I would like to know a more definite answer to the modifications as far as intakes, and exhaust.
I've read up on everything. So to narrow it down to the grit: What intake and exhaust combination has been proven to increase hp?
I am very much into the performance of the Maxima. Paying a great amount of money for something that is supposed to improve performance of my Max, and all I get is sound is not an option.
CAI OR WAI?
Which manufacterer is pronounced for quality as for exhaust and intakes?

None, intakes and exhausts don't do much on our cars. I'm sorry, but if you indeed have read up as you said, you would've realized this long ago. Becaucase Frankencar is tough to get parts fast, get a Berk intake and a Cattman exhaust.

EDIT: actually since you have a 2000, get a Y-pipe too, that will free up some power.

yup, they only 1 performance mod thats a must id a y pipe!
if u like a well nadeling car, ull defenatly want a RSB followed by a good combo of shoks and springs.

dont waste time or money on intakes unless u really want a loud intake, in that case the berk is highly recomended.

if u got $$$ to spend the cattman headres are pretty sweet too.

Injen is a crappy intake, if you are close to a stock car, keep the intake stock.

If you really want an intake, go for a Berk ShortRam Intake.

Yeah dont buy injen, get a berk intake or if you can find a placeracing intake (placeracing is the only real CAI for the maxima). Get a Y-pipe and A/F ratio tune
