Fresh start low idle, no power, jumpy performance

Whenever I start my car and it hasn't been driven for a while, (seems to be especially a problem when its sitting outside) it occasionally has problems starting, but what seems to be a bigger problem is when I back out of my driveway and put it in drive, and hit the throttle gently, the car has no problem and wont kick up the RPMs, it seems to be a shaky idle as well. Finally after getting it going and the car seems to have "warmed up" it runs fine. Keep in mind this is in 70-80 degree weather.

I'm thinking it might be dirty fuel injectors or maybe misfiring. Any ideas? I changed spark plugs around 10K miles ago with NGK Platinums, but the wires are original..

Bad gas? Hopefully you are running 91+ octane! or bad MAF?

If there is MIL light, check the code. If not sounds like a MAF problem. If it idles ruff and wont climb the rpms thats where i would start. Try unpluging the MAF plug from the meter and if it idles normal its the MAF. Basically unpluging the plug will let the car run in safe mode, it wont be drivable but it will let you know that is the problem...

if it runs fine after warmed up that should eliminate the MAF and TPS. maybe a dirty IACV? id say clean the TB and IACV and unplug the battery for an hour or so.
