Where Do You 5.5 Geners Buy Your Drivers Side Wiper?

I am having a really difficult time finding a 26" wiper for my 5.5 gen. Parts America sells Bosch in the 26 but when I tried them they didn't last very long and Walmart sells Michelin but they squeek and jump accross the windshield. Is there somewhere online where I can get good wipers in a 26"?

go to the dealer.. they can replace the rubber part so you don't have to change the entire wiper unit. I had mine replaced last week - was around $25 for both

Mine are pure garbage. The metal that holds the rubber wiper on comes off everytime I have to use my wipers. Wipers only month old and are falling to pieces. Never will i buy that brand again.......

Autozone justed started selling the 26" wipers. Which is good, cause I really like the Bosch Micro. Very nice wipers.

I should have also mentioned that I'm looking for something around $10. I know you get what you pay for but here in the northeast with the winter snow, ice, and salt - wiper blades don't last very long no matter how good they are.

I actually bought a set of those PIAA from tirerack a few years ago for my old Infiniti and they did work great but like all wipers they only lasted about 6 months.

You could be really cheap and go to advance auto and ask for only the rubber refills and they should go out in the parkinglot and put them on for you... my friend works at advance and he says thats the one thing that he hates people ask for

I bought the Michelin wipers for my wife's Alitma and I have driven the car in the rain many times and never had any issues with them. I have the Rain-x on my 5.5 Gen Max and no problems either. Personally I rate the Michelin and the Rain-x just about the same except the Michelin's are cheaper @ $5.78 atWal-Mart for all sizes and the Rain-x is about eight dollars. It would also help is you use the Rain-x washer fluid sometimes since it helps a lot when you drive in the rain.

Interesting. Maybe I'll try the Michelins next time. I went to Autozone around here and they did not have a same type of wipers in both necessary sizes. I didn't check Walmart though. Plus, I swear by Rain-X washer fluid. Works wonders together, most times I barely have to use my wipers when I'm moving at a constant speed.

Thanks for the suggestions. I found Rain-X wipers today at a super wal-mart near my house in the 26". It's been raining all day so I got to test them right away and they work pretty well. I'm satisfied with them anyway.
