Am I gonna be missing something?

I ordered my Berk intake well over a month ago with an Apexi filter. Since I am sick of waiting for the Apexi filter, I switched it to a dry AEM filter, and it has already shipped. Was this a mistake? Or are they similar filters?

dryflow is better....spose to kick all the crap out of the filter but every filter is sopose to do that.
