HELP! O2 Simulator question

I bought a O2 Simulator for my 2k fed spec maxima and I’m having trouble installing it.
I bought the 4 wire sim for the 4 wire sensor behind the main cat.
I can’t get the light to light up, after installing.
Can someone list which way to hook the wires up?????

The simulator has 2 white, 1 red and 1 black wire.
The harness has 2 white, 1 black and 1 gray wire.

Do I connect the sensor also or leave it unhooked?
Thanks in advance, Brent

install the simulator into the main harness right above the place where real o2 sensor plugs into it.

Simulator:
white=signal
white=signal
red=positive
black=ground

harness above the connector:
black=ground
red/blue=positive
white=signal
red/yellow=heater (do not mess with this wire, it needs to be untouched)

so, just cut the stock white signal wires, and connect the o2sim tot he end that leads into the car. then, remove the sinsulaton from positive and ground wires (no need to cut them) and draw the power for yours o2 sim from them.

Forgive my ignorance, but I’m still confused.
I got the part where I connect the black to black, and red to red/blue above the plug.
And I don’t mess with the red/yellow, leave it hooked to the sensor itself.
What do I do with the white wires (2 from sim, 1 from car)?
Hook them all together?
Thanks for the quick response, Brent

my car is cali-spec, and i have 4 connectors between the valvecover and the radiator. the 2 middle ones are green and blue. these are the ones u need to tap into. just cut the white wires that are above the plug ( the ones that go toyour car's ECU, not to o2 sensor). white (signal) wire from the car should be connected directly to white wire on the 02 sim.

you have 2 wires coming from the sim...well, since you are fedspec, you only use 1 of those 2 wires...do not hook them together!
