Wheel bearing...

Hey guys, I'm planning to give my max a drive train " face lift " soon, it seem that both CV joint need to be replace, the usual click when I turn can be ear. Thanks to Irish who gave the infos about Raxle, (I'm ordering both CV joint from them). I also suspect that both wheel hub and bearing might be shot as well. Should I buy Nissan wheel bearing or is there a better one to buy ? Any info would be greatly appreciate.

Thanks

AA

I would always recommend OEM over aftermarket on parts, but hopefully Nissan has different part #'s for the bearings because the OEM ones they originally came with, were junk.

I purchased mine from internetautomart. Great prices (~$30 vs OEM $70), shipping, customer service. My hub was OK so I didn't need a new one.

just an FYI, DaveB quoted me these prices for new spindle and hub, in case mine is shot once I pull the bearing out (I have a bad one too)

hub: $118
spindle: $188

jack up car.
grip tire at the top and bottom (not the sides). Push-pull on it and see if there's play. If so, your bearing is probably shot...
