VIAS Ratttle at 5600 RPM's...

ok along with my High pitch "sucking" that only happens up to 2500 RPMs, when my Vias activates at 5000 RPMs, it sounds fine for about 4-5 seconds, but once it climbs to about 5600-5700 RPM's it starts to make this rattling sound like something just came loose??? when I back off the gas, it stops.
It kinda seems like my tranny should be shifting instead of my car staying in that high of an RPM range for that long (7-8 seconds before i back off the gas) also I should mention this only happens with full throttle, and I have a pop charger on the intake.

Whats broken?
Thanks

if it takes 4-5 seconds to go from 5k to redline then something is wrong. a properly working vias with or without the powervalve will go through those rpms quicker. have you taken the vias apart to see if its broken? i would recommend that or have a dyno done and see if the numbers show it. if i had to make strictly a guess, then id say the vias is broken in the closed position, hence the restriction to getting to redline. does the noise occur at any other rpm?

No it is definitely opening, you can totally hear the difference once it hits 5000 RPM's, but maybe it is not opening all the way (if thats possible)
and the only other sound through the RPM range is the high pitch suction noise I have from 1000-2500 RPM's

ok I also just noticed it only happens in 3rd gear, in 2nd gear it moves right through the 5000-6000 RPM range fast

must be something with the transmission because the vias is not gear dependent, only rpm.
