Clutch pedal adjustment?

Ok, quick question? When I release my clutch, it kicks back and bounces when my foot gets off no matter how slow or easy I release it. Is this more of a pedal adjustment issue or an actual clutch matter? I have the FSM and saw the page on Clutch Pedal Adjustment, and was wondering if this is something someone else has had to do before. If so, any tips or am I completely off? Thanks.

P.S. 5.5 Gen w/ 55k miles, clutch doesnt seem to be slipping, just bounce in pedal.

you can adjust where your clutch engages, and the pedal height. Try adjusting it to where the fsm says you should and then see if the problem is as bad
