tranny fluid supply line ...
tranny fluid supply line ...
Just want to double check, when changing the tranny fluid, you need to disconnect the fluid supply line, which brings the cooled fluid back to the tranny. Anyhow, when you disconnect this line, do you disconnect it at the radiator end? Or the other end?
If you're just draining it from the plug, you only drain about 4-5 qts of it, which is about 50% of the fluid. After that's done, then you drain it from the supply line, that way you'll get the rest of it and have pretty much all new fluid in there, instead of a 50/50 mix of old and new.

Edit Add: It's easier doing the way I said if you are putting in a trans cooler, but, if you are flushing your trans, then disco it from trans side.
