Why my oil catch can does not work??

I read all the posts about the oil catch can and i made one myself using the step by step instructions. I used the air compressor filters and it worked GREAT! I love this mod. My engine was pinging less....i was catching quite a bit of oil.

However, the air compressor filters are small, made out of plastic and they require frequent maintenance/replacement. I drive 400+miles a week so i needed something that will catch and hold oil longer.
So, i went on Ebay and i bought this oil catch can:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/OIL-R...33813207QQrdZ1

I know that many people here said that these oil catch cans do NOT work because they allow the oil to be sucked back onto the outlet hose. I did modify the ebay oil catch can by extending the INLET pipe internally (so it is not close to the outlet) and by puttign some wire mesh on the bottom of the can.
Well, it still does NOT work! I still see most oil leaving the oil catch can.....i see it in the transparent hose. Engine started pinging again.

What should i do to make this thing actually catch the oil??? If i need to buy another oil catch can, please point me to the one that actually WORKS.
All the stuff on Ebay look the same....and from my experience, even after my modification, they do NOT work.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you!

Hmm...no opinions. Sounds like everyone's oil catch can works great. In this case, can someone please post pictures of their oil catch can, so i can see it and buy the same one for my car?

Thanks!

Please, see the link in my original post. I DID use the search function and obviously it did not help!

If you can't help with an answer, why even bother posting here??!?
