I have a rough idle now after the cars warmed up, a noticeable vibrating. When the clutch is pressed in there is alot less vibration. What could be the cause of this? coils? sparkplugs? dirty tb? thanks

 

Does this happen at all when the engine is cold?? Does the engine have a miss or does it feel/sound more like the engine is vibrating around. You said when the clutch is pressed in there is less vibration. Do you mean when your coarting in gear as compared to coasting in neutral? What if you have the engine in neutral. Does pressing the clutch in still make a difference??
Any MIL lights?
