signal bulb question

i just cleared my lights and wanted to put some amber turn signals in there. would this 7440 work for the maxima? (scroll down to bottom for chrome dome the half chrome half amber ones) http://autolumination.com/7443_7440.htm
its suppose to be 40% brighter than the full chrome ones.

I don't understand why only chrome half the bulb. It doesn't make sense to get these if you are trying to have that "cleared" look. The reflector bowl will definitely reflect the lower half of the bulb unless if it is semi-recessed. I would rather go for the full chromed bulbs. But if you think these would work for you, give it a try and let us know what you think.

it will fit but u need to get a resistor or the blinker will blink fast like the bulbs would be burned out cuz the LEDs dont draw the same as reg bulbs
