You can get shims from any parts store. Find the one with the variety set though so you can adjust how you need to as oppose to using five small shims or six... whatever.
Here is housecores link, this will show you how to remove...insert...adjust...etc.

Misiek - the shims are for adjusting the sunroof to eliminate wind noise.
The rattle is probably just a nut that needs to be tightened. There are 4 nuts that hold the sunroof glass to the metal brackets that the sunroof slides on -- one or more of these nuts are probably loose. Follow Housecor's or the directions on this site (http://www.cardomain.com/ride/695690/6) to remove the trim pieces and then you will have access to the nuts. If you have alot of wind noise from your closed sunroof while driving (I did), you loosen these nuts to adjust the height (by adding shims or regular flat washers -- Nissan charges almost $5 per shim) and move the glass front/back and to the right/left in the sunroof opening to eliminate the wind noise.
This is a 10 minute fix.
