Foglight lamps?

Is it possible (i.e. has anyone done it) to mount aftermarket foglamps (http://www.piaa.com/Lamps/Lamp-pages/1400.html) where the stock ones are? I was thinking that it might be nice to have foglights that actually do something, and the yellows would look nice, too.

Any advice would be a great help... one of my luminics just burned out, and i'm not too keen on the capsules... and either way, the fogs really just don't help at all in rain/fog/snow.

edit: PIAA says that with some drilling/cutting/etc these could be mounted: http://www.piaa.com/Lamps/Lamp-pages/510.html, but i think it'd look kinda ridiculous if u can't take the grill off.

Having a rectangular foglight mounted within a circular opening may look a little weird. Better to mount it in the air dam, but you won't be able to put in a valence grille.

Look into the Helios H3 HID Kit in the Group Deal Section.

It's gonna look ugly with the grille.

You can definitely use aftermarket foglights but the choices your looking at aren't going to look good at all. There are quite a few people on here that went with a different fog light, including myself.

I went with some bubble eye fog lights from Pepboys. I replaced the fog light bulb with PIAA Plasmas.

My car was in a wreck and one of my fogs were damaged and i missed the output of having fogs after a while i bought some fogs and i basically used what i had left of the stock foglight holder things. Some people like how they are set further in, others dont, i like em tho.

Not feelin em being recessed. Especially because the housing isn't completely smooth inside so it just looks ill fitted imo. But, like you said," you like it."

PM to GBAUER. He has non-stock fogs in the stock openings, and they look good, and sit up near flush, like stock.
