need help with the right part number of coils.

i just recieved the set of coils from a nissan dealer, but i need to make sure if these are the right coils for my car and will fit fine. i have 3 coils of the following part number (22448-2Y007) and 3 of this (22448-2Y007) and i cant find any gray dots on coils but they are original from nissan. so if anyone can please suggest if this is the right part number..i'll appreciate. its for 01 max se.

I just ordered mine and I had 3 (22448-2Y000) and 3 (22448-2Y005). They definetley have the gray dots. I think you got the old coils. Stay tuned for a comprehensive write-up within the day for you coil swap.

See the dots on the new coils installed:
