I need new headlight assembly for my 2000 maxima and i was wondering will these look ricey?

your link got truncated... we don't know what page you're talking about. If you're talking about the ebay headlight, you should be prepared to get them retrofitted with HID. The standard output is terrible, I opted for a E36 retrofit. IMHO that it looks much better

Those would work just fine... They are just OEM replacements which are darkened.

Check craigslist.... I replaced mine not long ago for some OEM AE headlights found them brand new on craigslist for $60 for the pair. They were Depo. $105 is a descent price as well.

I have the same things basically but i did them myself, but i didnt make the turnsignal portion black. You can be the judge if they are ricey, most people say that they arent.
