Anyone Ever Tried Raybestos NS (Noise Solution) Brake Pads?

I searched but only found information on the Raybestos QS Quiet Stop pads. I was wondering if anyone has tried the NS pads. The Raybestos website information on the NS pads is:
NS™ (Noise Solution) Disc Brake Pads combine superior braking performance and unsurpassed noise suppression to provide the solution for today’s import vehicles.

I'm reluctant to try the Quiet Stop pads because I've heard ceramic pads don't provide great breaking power. The Noise Solution pads seem like they might be perfect for the Maxima according to the description.

Go with some Hawk HPS. Awesome pads.

Read this pad and rotor thread.

I don't race so I think hawks might be a little more than I need. What about Brembo? And since the stock pads are ceramic should I stick with ceramic pads for replacements? The OEM rotors are fine so I'm keeping those if that makes a difference.

Stock pads are ceramic?

Go with the Quietstop pads...they're great IMO.

Yeah it's what my local shop sells. I've had them on 2 different cars and never had a problem. Average amounts of break dust. Nothing to write home about, but they'll do thier job pretty damn well.

I thought stock pads were ceramic but I've been known to be wrong.
My only concern with the QS pad is that I've heard they wear very quickly. I think I'm still going to go with them though.

Depends on how much you drive and how you drive. I have tried them and did not like them. Stopping power is crap. I liked that they were quiet and don't dust...

I've had them on for over 3 years, and I haven't noticed any problems like that.

Jay, stop the hating.

I am a little irritated at the who brake system..Tired if replacing rotors and pads each year. Went with NAPA rotors and Hawk pads. Lets see how they work..

I hate the Raybesto QS pads, the stopping power sucks, and the Raybesto rotors i'm using with those pads suck too. I've put on maybe 3000 miles and my brake pedal vibrates like it use to with the stock pads/rotors with 40k miles. The only good thing about the QS pads are that they don't have as much brake dust as the old pads, but that's about it. I would just go with the Hawk pads and Brembo rotors and be done with.

Hmm..I've had no problems and I'm on the original OEM rotors at 65k.

No bite.

My Camaro had increased stopping distance going to QS but the Max had no change. At least with me driving it.
