ok so one day i go to open my sunroof and it dosent open....it tilts half way open......the open switch doesnt do anything at all, but the tilt button works half as$....so im guessing that its the motor??...has anyone had this problem before?

 

With the car started... Push the tilt button forward until it clicks or for about 3 - 5 sec. Then pull the slide back and it should open.

By the way it's in your owners manual as far as the how to.

 

Exactly. Have you had the battery disconnected? That can cause you to have to do the reset procedure found in the owners manual.
