Hi guys. I am new to the 5th gen forum though i'm not new to maximas. I use to be in the 4th gen forum. I recently bought a 2000 Nissan maxima se. The problem i have is with the cd deck that comes stock with the car. When i put a cd into it it says "CD ERR". What i wanna know is why this error is coming up. I looked through the FAQS and saw something about the cd being cold. So i warmed up the cd (and the car) and nothing happened. I still got the error. Any help would be much appreciated.

 

Try pulling the fuse for the radio out to reset it. If that does not work, try a cleaning CD if you have not already.

 

alright i got a stupid question. Is the fuse for the radio under the hood and labeled audio?
