I need replies on this within the next 5 - 6 hours as afterwork i am going to pick up one or the other> Please help

Ok i posted a thread on the silverstars but i am now interested in replacing the factory fogs with the Hella Optilux 2500. I know sterlingmist2000 has done this and it looks good. See here near bottom:

Has anyone had experience installing these fogs? Do they look like they belong or are they ricer looking? I like the AE look but was wondering if when the fog light is on is a nice whitish blue color or the old amber color. My other thought was to do the h3 bulb replacement and remove the shield. Like this:

In the orig fog light housing unfortunately i wouldnt have the AE effect.
So im turning to my fellow Orgers, has anyone used and installed the optilux 2500 and what were the results and would you tell me to go and get them or to forget them....

or would you tell me to put a aftermarket H3 bulb in the orig housing and remove the shield.
