I am working on a small project for my max ( maybe next mod) but all of this stuff is in German to me.

Does 2000 Maximas vehicle come equipped with electronic or mechanical fuel

injection ? Also if it is electronically injected , does the vehicle have

a vacuum sensitive fuel pressure regulator in the engine compartment?

 

I think it is electronic for sure. I don't know what kind of fuel regulator it has, but I think it is right next to the intake manifold. You can see it if you look for it...

 

Electrical, multi port fuel injection, 6 injectors, all computer controlled. To get more fuel, need to reprogram ECU, Computer or add auxillary electric fuel pump like ones that come with the Stillen Supercharger
