What kind of bumper to get...01-02 and are ebay parts junk?

I ripped my front bumper off a few days ago...I put it back on because it came off clean but the fitment isn't good and its got some scrapes and a lot of chipped paint anyway. So i wanna get a new one. My question is, has anyone used bumpers from online parts sellers or ebay? My buddy's uncle owns a body shop, I'm gonna have him put it on and paint it and he said go with OE from the dealer. I also kind of want to put an 02-03 front bumper on, i have an 01- is it a direct bolt on? I do know the bumper for the 02 doesnt come with a grille though. Heres what I got so far:
Called Keystone automotive, he can get a certified bumper for an 01 its $239 I work at autozone so I can get it for $161. for a 2002 its $110 and $97 for the grille.

eBay has $152 shipped for an 02 without grille,141 shipped for an 01.

dealer said $188 for the 01 bumper but he said the grille doesnt come with it and the bumpers for 01 and up are the same so i dont think he knows what he's talking about.

I'm just looking for input on fitment on aftermarket vs. ebay bumpers vs. OEM whatever i bring him I can get painted and installed for $300, so just gotta figure out where and what to buy.

Shipping on that would be a b*tch, it was $77 to ship a 350z muffler in-state

CAPA stands for Certified Automotive Parts Association. They are a non-profit group that provides certification for non-oem parts makers and their parts. My experience has been that CAPA parts are less expensive than OEM parts.

Most of these parts are manufactured in southeast Asia; Taiwan, China and Korea. Hence the name Taiwan Tin. Many of the CAPA manufacturers can produce lower cost parts not only because of lower labor costs but also because these parts are sometimes reversed engineered. Costs are also lower because these manufacturers can focus on producing fewer parts of a vehicle.

OEMs hate CAPA parts as they usually undercut OEM prices. Also some customers, thinking that they've gotten OEM parts, later find that they've gotten CAPA parts. Sometimes in these circumstances, many blame the OEM for not providing the OEM part when it is actually the decision of the body shop, customer and depending on the situation the insurance company that are all independent of the OEM.

I've found that CAPA parts have a varying degree of quality when it comes to fitment. Some body shops substitute these parts for OEM parts because of a lower price, which enables them to be a bit more competitive. Many body shops swear by them. In some cases though, the part may cost less to buy but cost more to install due to a greater degree of difficulty to install the CAPA part versus the OEM part.
