Exhaust Kits

I want a new exhaust kit for my car and the only one I know of is the Greddy Evo II. I'm not much of an expert when it comes to exhaust systems so what do you guys think of this kit, is it worth it? I also want to mention that I have an Injen cold air intake if that matters when it comes to picking out an exhaust kit. Please your input is valuable!

1. the only worthwhile exhaust (both y-pipe and catback) that is still available is the cattman, now that Frankencar no longer makes any.

2. Technically, Injen is not a cold air intake. It is a warm air intake. The only intake for tha maxima that is a true CAI is the Place Racing/Cattman intake.

Stillen is very pricey and its just a muffler, as the same as the HKS ( hks is on loud side)

On ebay they have the N1 style exhausts, they seem to sound nice but look like shyt. (i dunno)

Greddy EvoII apparently sounds nice but doesnt look good unless you have a rear lip on. (on the loud side)

There is the cattman many people prefer it b/c it looks nice and sounds a bit on the more quiet side. (its still loud though)

Go check out the exhaust sound thread and make a decision for yourself.

Since catbacks aren't known for thunderous gains, I would suggest getting a Cattman B pipe while keeping the stock rear section.

Is Place Racing even around anymore?..all I find is JWT pop charger and the "monster flow" intake on cattmans website.. Im going with Berk and getting APEXi filter..

As far as Exhaust - IMO, cattman still is the best..everything else seems really loud and "ricey" however some folks actually like that..

Place Racing is out of business.

Cattman is the way to go!

I guess it would be difficult to change the tip considering the opening.
