Time for a D2 rebuild...

Anyone else had to do this yet? I've looked all over teh intraweb for a rebuild kit fo the D2's but have so far come up blank. The front right strut is knocking no matter what I do. I've tightened everything about as much as can be done.

If not, can anyone at least give me the website or phone number for the North American distributor for D2's?

Contact the one in NC. I called them since i needed a rear strut rebuilt and they said it would cost around $100. Turn around time was about one to two weeks. I haven't sent mine in yet but I did call them and ask.
