It is for automatics only. It makes the shifts quicker. Check the FAQ for more info though....

I'm sending mine off here in about 10 days...ship's going for a little 4-day cruise off the Virginia Capes, so it seems like a perfect time. After all I've been hearing about it, it's hard to wait. Still a little worried about the install though. Anyone want a free trip to Virginia Beach??

If we can get a decent amount of people, I am sure flying him out would not be a big problem. The only thing is that Don seems to be a busy man....

It took me about a month and several e-mails to coordinate my going to Houston and Don's availabiltiy. I don't want to speak for Don but it sure seems like he's got a lot going on...This is by far the best mod I've done yet - I think if I would've gotten this first I may not have felt compelled enough to get anything else... well for a while at least!

Quantitative Performance Gain?

I've read about what Don's VB mod does for the automatic transmission.
Does anyone with the valvebody modification have 0-60mph or 1/4 mile times before and after the mod?
How much does the quicker shifting (i.e. less slipping) improve these times?
