Dome light/black light

i wanted to know if anyone has hooked up a black/neon light to the dome light, so that you can control the black light w/ the dome light switches; ex: instead of the dome light turning on when the doors open, the black light turns on
ANY help would be appreciated

that is very easy to do, just tap the wire into the power dome light wire and ground the other...but if you want only the black lights to come on, you need to take out your dome light bulb or else that will come on with the black lights

ground is just screwing it into the frame...just find a metal part where there is already a screw holding something in and unscrew the screw a little, wrap the wire aorund the base of the screw, and screw it back in...ground just needs to be touching the frame basically

hey thanks Mr, the thing is, i had a post that didnt get posted that asked how im supposed tap the wire, cuz there are 2 wires that go into the dome light, and there are 2 wires that go into the blacklight, so i dont know which wire from the black light goes into which wire w/ the dome light, and ive never really dealt w/ wiring so i dont wanna f*** it up, so i dont know what to cross, and what to ground....if i can get those answered i should be able to take care of this...thanks
