Just want to know what the Cheapest HID you have bought or seen online? I seen one for $400, complete H4 kit. I want to get one since I already put one in my Mazda Millenia S.

I knew this guy from before cause I bought my Philips HID kit from him for $459 almost a year ago. So he is now selling these Vision HID kits for just around $400 even. I just got the last one on his promotion he was running.

But AutoToys.com sells a Universal Philips kit for $489. That is the same one I got before for my Millenia.
