Quick question about interior lighting

Quick question about interior lighting

Sorry about this question but I did search and couldn't find an answer.

I checked on sylvania.com replacement guide to see what lights I needed to order from autolumination.com and the numbers do not match up.

On sylvania.com it says:
Dome light
DE3175

Step/Courtesy light (I guess this is the door light)
161

On autolumination.com they do not have these. They have a 31mm festoon light which is supposed to replace the DE3175 but I do not see how that is supposed to work and I do not see anything for the 161.

Can someone give some information on this? thanks in advance board.
