Hmmm, should I be mad?

well i was just reading today that the 4 o2 sensor plugs near the radiator indicate a cali spec car which i just realized i have. i live in florida with no emissions... what is the main difference between cali spec/fed spec... any restrictive parts i can take off or alter to get rid of the "cali" spec part of the car? tried searched for the differences between cali and fed with not alot of luck. any help is always nice, i might just ship you a penny
