Has anyone else experienced a problem with the Auto Dimming headlights not turning off when it gets bright out? Any ideas what might be causing this on my 2000 max? And no I dont have anything on top of the dashboard sensor!!!

 

Sounds like the sensor is dirty. It's located on top of the dash, driver's side of the windshield vent. Make sure it's clean and the windshield is clean.

 

If you have tinted windows sometimes they will turn on earlier/ stay on

 

its not really "auto dimming" its "auto on/off"
