Removing the axel bolt....

Long story short the big bolt on the axle wont come off, I even tried a two feet breaker bar, should I use a 3 feet pipe to extend the breaker bar ?

Any though ?

spray penetrating fluid and you can clean the threads with a wire brush. Then get a breaker bar with some thick pipe over it to get more leaverage and look away so it wont snap in your eyes or wear safety glasses and watch your knuckles.
I just use a Titanium IR impact wrench haha. Never fails

I've had success by heating the nut with a propane torch and using breaker bar/extension. Make sure the nut is not wet from penetrating oil when you heat the nut. Also, you can always find a mechanic who can loosen it, avgerage charge, $5.

Snap-On impact gun works every time

Although I did once use a 4 foot cheater pipe on my 18" breaker bar. That worked too.

PB Blaster, a "cheater pipe" on a breaker bar and some elbow grease.

Ok I finally got the sucker out, I heated the nut with a torch then I sprayed WD40 on the stud and use the breaker bar to remove the nut. Thanks for your help guys I'll post some pics later.

Cheers

just for future reference...WD40 is not really a penetrant...it's more of a light lubricant. It will work, but PB Blaster and Liquid Wrench work much better for breaking stuff loose.

i have learned from experience several times that liquid wrench works better than WD-40.
if it squeaks - WD-40
if its stuck - liquid wrench

Hey guys, once I have heated the nut with a torch, I then sprayed the WD40 on the axle and not the nut, with the 2 foot breaker bar it came off almost easily.
