Budget B pipe

Ive been looking all over the .org and cant seem to find if the budget b pipe is worth the 200 bucks. I know the performance gains are small but does anyone have an estimate as to how much it will add to the wheels? and also how does it sound. most of the links for them in the sticky are dead.
Thanks

Very minimal power gain (2-3WHP)... If you don't need it, I would not bother with it.

My Cat-Back was rusted through... Only reason I have a Cattman B-Pipe.

im getting a cattman b-pipe because my stock one is rusted pretty bad.
it is less restrictive with a smaller resonator so there is a minimal increase is power and sound.

the main benefit is thats its stainless so it wont rust. my whole exhaust system is rusted (except my tips). im jealous of joel (puppetmaster) since his WHOLE exhaust is stainless (headers to muffler)

I got a budget, I love it, minimal gains but makes the exhaust ton sound amazing especially when accompanied with a y-pipe.

My exhaust snapped plus they are only a 20 minute drive from me.

I would recommend it. Our stock B-pipe has a crimp right after the resonator. It looks extremely restrictive.

Stock vs WSP b-pipe:

^ is that the way the 5.5 gen b pipe looks... I just got a budget from lssexhaust.com, not really any noticable gains, think i might get a rear section now.

The b-pipe and mufflers on 00-03 Maximas are the same.

Replacing the whole cat-back will give you no noticable gains, it is a looks and sound mod only.

Thats why most people do not replace it till the stock cat-back rust off the car.

If you are looking for a noticable hp gain you need to buy headers.

I have that B pipe and it's great. Very nice shiny Magnaflow resonator.

Anyone have a dyno sheets to compare w/ and w/out a b-pipe installed? The entry from the cat (before and after resonator) seem pinched. It looks like the flow of exhaust will not be smooth through there (plus the non-mandrel bends). However, I know looks can be decieving. That's why I'm asking.

I didn't notice drastic gains on mine...However it seems that it flows a lot better. Air flow is key, I felt despite the minimal gains and having a y-pipe already it would benefit the extra air flow. Acceleration feels smoother, as for gains I'd say minimal at the least.
