Does anyone know... headlight aiming question

The aiming ***** on both headlights broke, and the dealer says that they can't adjust them up.

Does anyone know if I take the headlights out and get them apart, is there a way to aim them even though the **** is broken? Or will I be looking for new headlights/ headlight shells?

Thanks

They look exactly the same, its just when you turn them , nothing happens, its the white circle above the ballast

Can you pull off the *****? There should just be a metal rod that sticks into them and you can grab it with Visegrips and turn it that way... I think.
