Brake Light On Spoiler not Working

My 3rd Brake light on my spoiler is not working. When I press the brake pedal the brake light on the spoiler does not come on. I checked the fuse and it is not blown for the brake lights. The other two brake lights function ok. There is no erro code on the dash indicating that this ligt is not working either. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this. I beleive this light is a LED.

pretty sure you wont get an error code telling you that a light is out

they prob blew out like any light,.. i think that these specific strand of LED's are wired in strands of 4? im not positive at all, but based on that sometimes only sections will go out,.. so if all is out go to nissan and buy a new light strip porb not more then like 40 bucks? .. how its on there is 2 little plastic circles if u will and u pop those off and there are screws and it comes right off .. pretty straight forward.. G/L

the 02/03 actually have a light in the gauge cluster that lights up when an exterior bulb is out.

I did not get any error messages on my dash . I guess I need to check if any power is actually going to the light itself.

I found the problem when the idiots at Best Buy Dynamatted my trunk they broke the wire that runs into the spoiler. I spliced the wire and attached it back. Works fine now.

That happened to me on a vacation trip. My wife, ahem, shoved a suitcase in the trunk and snapped the wire for the spoiler light. Pissed me off so much having a light out I had to find a autoparts store in boonland to get some splices and some zip ties. I just hate having inoperative equipment. My wife was just like "just fix it when we get back home", oh hell naw I told her. lol
