I would go with the AE tranny... OEM VLSD FTW.

I have never heard of any problems with the AE tranny over a regular tranny.

see thats what im trying to figure out... someone told me its no good... but i need some sort of information onto why its no good... and as far as i know it'll be more or less beneficial to me to go a.e. than anything cuz of the lsd... but that'll change if there can be some sort of input on why it causes problems or its not good

Check here http://car-part.com/ Search for locking dif trannys and don't overlook the Canada junk yards. The shipping is reasonable and nearly every manual Max sent to Canada had LSD. Very popular in Canada for obvious reasons.
