im attempting to install my 6spd and i cant fit the trans. the shift control assembly in getting caught on the frame. im looking at the diagrams in the fsm and it seems like i can undo 2 bolts and pull it out. is it really that easy? my fear is taking it out, then something moving and not being able to get it back in, or something falling out and having to take the whole trans apart.
