Is there anyway of getting a '00 Maxima rear bumper on my '98 Maxima SE? I'm looking to do something different than just an Aero Kit.

why the heck would you want to do that?
i mean....our bumper is much ooglier than urs....

you could try to do a 5th gen front end conversion... i mean they do strawberry faced everything nowadays, so why not?
