Ebay Projectors
okay i know alot of people have posted about these and ive gone through most of the forums about ebay projectors....
i love the way they look with the black hosing and do not plan on retrofitting them anytime soon but i want to buy them..... does anyone have pics of the light output quality of these projectors without any upgrades ???
just want to see if i will be able to live with their light quality or not before i buy them

i take your word but i love the halos and i looked for pics i couldn't find any so im hoping some one dat has the pics will post em on here

the halos are LED based which mean you won't see them during the day, and you won't see them at night if your lights are on, since they are so dim they get washed out. Even if you had no lights on, pure darkness, and just halos on, you won't see it past 5 ft.

A neighbor of mine has em on his Maxima... He is not on the org but when I see him coming down our road the beams are all over the place and have no distance to em. I have asked him, and he says they do suck but he loves how they LOOK... I sigh and walk away..

i also said that pics wont do anything. YOU DO NOT WANT THESE LIGHTS.
there have been plenty of people like you that posted saying they wanted them. we replied saying that the light output sucked. the people were stubborn and got them anyway...then started a thread a few weeks later b1tching cause the lights sucks. they should have listening...and so should you.

I just baught these and when I get pics I will let you know. I am also going for the "look or style" for the projector headlights. I also purchased all my HID and LED lighting through autolumination. I plan to get a 4300k fog kit once I figure out where/how to do that=)

If you put HID's behind those crappy projectors you are going to be twice as dangerous to other drivers thanks to glare.
If you want HID's in them you NEED to swap in better projectors.

IMO, the only reason to buy the projector lamps from ebay is to do a HID projector retro. I much prefer the design for the OEM HID. Ebays look kinda cheap... Probably because they are.
Although I would love the output and cutoff of some TSX projectors or similar.
Also, smoking ruins your night vision... You're screwed either way. haha

I like that they are cleared out on the sides and the headlights have the projector. At night they shouldnt be THAT bad. If it is THAT bad I will upgrade the projector in the near future. I have to get them first though and put in the rest of the lighting. We will see soon enough. Put goodluck with what you get.

yeah, i would just take people's word for it... now if there were differing opinions with some people saying they suck and others saying they are great.. then i could understand why you would wanna see pics.. but if the general consensus is that they suck, then you might as well just forget about it... headlights are too important and it's not worth the safety risk

There you go now you can let other people respond. It seems like its just one or two people fighting. Everyone let it go. Wow
