Hotshot headers
megan test pipe
ebay catback

*magnaflow resonator and muffler (not installed yet)

The install was a pain. Hands are pritty cut up . Took me all day to do everything, and had the help of a friend for half the time.

My front o2 sensor is touching the ac compresser, i just left it, any one else have this prob, what did u do?

I also dont have my rear 02 sensor hooked up to anything.

But i love it. Will be installing a magnaflow muffler and resontor onto the cat back this week, and will be re-tunning the safc for the exhaust setup itself.

Its alil loud, not to bad under 2.5k. WOT its crazzzzzy. Sounds like ive got about 500 hp..hehe.

Ill be posting up the dyno later this week, and will be posting more vids (got a few friends with g35s that are talkin trash so i gotta take care of it....)

very nice! ya my hands were all cut up too after my install. It gives you a good sense of gratitude though when ur finished. Im still confused on one thing though...when u say your rear o2 sensor isnt hooked up to anything are you talkin about ur rear header primary o2 sensor or the secondaries that were originally on the precats?

Can't you just bend the line out of the way? I know people have "made it fit".

No, all 02-03s are Cali spec. He's talking about both rear O2s being left off the car, which doesn't affect anything but will give you a CEL. I did the same until I got my O2 sim.

Nice pull.

You need to connect all your sensors (even the secondaries) or else you'll get a bunch of "heater circuit/heater malfunction" codes. Also, I think the ECU will go into a pre-determined map which is pig rich, but you do have a piggyback so you can adjust that. Just hook them up and get an o2 sim for no SES.

Sweet setup. I would have gotten a better test pipe but the catback looks really decent.

Is it the Tsudo Ebay one?

megan test pipe 40 shipped
catback 200 shipped (tusdo ebay n-1 2.5") http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...m=320091292803

540$ total for the entire setup in the video

(sweet deal i know, im ballin on a budget)

Thats all the stuff in the pics.

I also have o2 sim coming 30$
And my magnaflow resonator was 60$
And the dual tip obx muffler was 60$

Those will be going on later this week

Total cost will end up $690.

So might as well say $700
and my tunning will be 150$ (but that optional)

here are the pics of the muffler and resonator that will be going on.

You only have the catback right? No headers? So you dont have to deal w/ any o2 sensors.

Oh and my cel never came on and i drove prolly 50+ miles over a 3 day period before installing the sim (i had to find a good enough soldering iron, crappy wal mart one wouldnt get hot enough).

So you plug the stock hole and weld another bung in?

Yessir, thats what I did on my old HotShots. You will need to extend the wires, but it is a much better place for the sensor.

They have specific o2 sensor bung plugs BTW.

Pic of my old HS with the new bung welded on (crappy weld but it held):

Give it a week or more and you'll see that it will melt your bumper. I had the greddy evoII and I has about 1/4" of space but after awhile it melted my bumper onto the muffler.

Wouldn't it be practical to weld the other one there or does that not matter? And which collector is the one that hits the front or the rear?
