will a 02 Rack And Pinion fit 2000-2001 ?

the only difference in the steering that i know of is speed sensitive steering on the 02/03 but i assume that is controlled by something else.

I thought the 00-01's had the speed sensitive steering as well? Or was that just the Infinitis?
