I know how I'd replace it. Tell the dealer who fk'd it up!!

Unless I missed something, why would you replace it if the dealer did an oil change and fk'd it up?

English, do you speak it? Your question makes no sense. What in the world are you asking? also punctuation is key.

I would like to apologize on my writing, did not know that my writing skills was a requirement in asking a question.

Short Story
On Friday I took my car for an oil change at the White Plains Nissan Service center.
After leaving the service center I noticed and the front Aero AE spoiler had been shattered.
The Nissan Dealer manager asked mechanic if he hit the car, and the mechanic replied NO, but the manager found Aero spoiler pieces in his work area.
The Nissan manager indicated that he was sorry and that he was going to order and replace , but my worry is that this part is glued on the bumper and not clipped on nor screwed on. I just need to be educated on how to remove so that I can see if there doing the job the correct way and they don’t F$@k this up……….

Damn, that's a nice AE, I'd be PISSED! Yeah, it's bolted on, but the main thing to be concerned with iss the quality at which they blend the paint, the new one won't come painted, so make sure it is outside on a bright sunny day when you pick it up and look over it VERY well.

Is that a factory piece? That's really nice. You'd better make sure they fix that, matter of fact, they should detail your car up nice for the lies, deception and sheer inconvenience.

it'll bolt right up but you'll have to swap out the grille and the fogs too.

I'd tell them to order the part and put it on myself. I wouldn't trust them with my crap anymore.

twodmax - Look, I don't get this thread at all. The dealer screwed up your car. You had evidence to that when you found pieces of your lip in the bay after they did the oil change. Stop researching how to get a new AE lip, or a Stillen lip, or whatever and force the dealer to take responsibility. The manager already agreed to it. They can and will be able to get you a replacement lip. Even if it's "supposedly" discontinued. Have them prep, paint and install the lip at NO CHARGE. Drive away a some what happy camper.

I don't understand why there is 10 days of comments and questions from you. Just have the dealer do it.
