What kind of strut bars are these?
Hey everyone, well my grandfather has a pontiac grand prix 2004 i believe, i looked under his hood, and i noticed something. BOTH his struts had those bars connecting towards the front of the car, each one with a bar of its own connecting to the front. Now i notice on our cars alot of people just have that one bar connecting the two struts together. Isnt having seperate ones better? what are these called and are these available for our cars?
dude...for real...be careful
is this thread really needed?
you currently have 3 pointless threads in the top 20 threads
they dont have them for our cars...a gand prix may have those but they are pieces of crap

seeing how i had a 99' gtp...
all gm "w-body's" have them...they are chasie/structual reinforcement.
if you notice the upper motor mounts bolt into hte radiator support...and the bars help reinforce that...as well as tieing hte front of the car together

most gm's have them, doesn't mean that we (max owners) should copy them. LOL
