Why?
First off, I have tokico Illuminas with H&R springs. Why is it that all the bumps I go over, instead of just feeling them on your wheels I feel like the whole car shake or the whole car like feels the bump. Whats weird is yesterday after I had my tire changed because my old one was ripping, for a short while after they put in the tire, i felt the bumps more comfortably as if I only felt them under the car, isnt that how its supposed to feel? could it be possible that I have something sticking to the caliper or rotor and after they put the wheel back on it was fine until it started sticking again and that is why I feel all the bumps like that? can someone relate to or explain a little maybe. thanks
yeah well if u go to setting '1' on the struts and the whole car feels like you hit a speed bump going 50 when u go over a pebble then u kno u got a problem... so basically something to diag. ,.. also. . .
did you cut/trim the bump stops??

what EXACTLY though does it feel/sound like? Does it make any type of sound? what does it feel similar to? for instance, any type of bump that is HIGHER than the road like a mini speedbump it feels like it just runs right through it and makes a loud noise as if it feels to stiff to absorb the bump and the car jumps.. what exactly does bottoming out feel/sound like?
H&R's are a pretty stiff spring to begin with! IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE HARSH RIDE OF A LOWERED SUSPENSION, YOU MAY WANT TO SWITCH BACK TO STOCK! Oh, and bottoming out feels like you just got kicked in the azz by someone wearing steel toe boots! As far as sounds, BANG! Good luck, but with your roads in NY, you may just have to learn how to deal with it!

o, so all this is just from being on such a stiff and low spring? i bought H&R because I heard it had one of the most comfortable rides, so r stiff and lowered cars supposed to sorta jump over bumps that are ABOVE the road sorta like tiny looking speedbumps..
