Im just wonderin, dont really care about the rear or sides.

But I think a front lip makes the max looks alot more aggressive.

It looks good, I took mine off but you can see what it looks like if you go to my cardomain page. Mine is the touring lip, so if you think that looks good then the classic will be fine.

I think it looks wierd with the front lip but no rear. You could get away with not doing side skirts but not the front without the rear. Plus the muffler tips tuck real nice with the rear valence.

Here's mine, front lip only (not painted yet). I don't like the sides and rear, they make the max look to big and round and saggy in the back IMO.

It will look fine. The only people that would even notice are other maxima owners. And remember, your Maxima will never look as cheesy as one with 20+ inch chrome wheels

Depends on which lip........
If you get the stillen classic then it looks fine but if you go with say the maxxtuning lip then it will look gay cause its too big IMO

Of course the Classic lip is small, blends in with OEM bumper lines.

I think it looks good. Since you car is a 5.5 generation, yours come with oem side skirt so it flows. I actually just have the front lip right now, but mines a 5.0 generation and it doesn't come with side skirts.. so I think mines looks weird... planning to get sides soon... if i can get my hands on a 5.5 generation sides, I would so take it ^_^

well, IMO........

it looks cheesy. the front will look pretty nice. but as soon as you start looking at everywhere else, it looks unproportional. like, wheres the rest? it doesn't help that the car sits so high even when its dropped. for this reason, it will look like a dodge neon drop. the front really low and the back really high.

and if you don't have the factory side skirts (00-01), then it will look even more weird.

it also depends on the color. black can pull it off quite easily because black is a color that hides the contour of the car. a black car (when clean) will just shine, and since the color is black, you can't see the lines of the car. it will blend in with the rest of the car (and the shadows). so black cars have it way easier. but colors like sterling mist you can very clearly see that the rest of the kit is missing.

and like someone said, if you have the factory side skirts, you can get away with the front and rear lip (with no sides). but i think the stillen kit looks damn good. go to my homepage, page 5. pure sexinesss. before i sold it for a black 2002 6 speed...

nah, im thinkin about getting the classic lip for the front too. the MT is lower then the classic, so classic will be better. it wont look cheesy.
