Ok i been searching the threads for awhile, i havent seen no info on the queastion iam about to ask,
Will the front bumper cover of a 02-03 max fit on a 00 max ? also i know theres a million threads about the hids, but are the hids of a 02-03 a direct fit and wire up on the 00 ?

It will fit. You will also need the corresponding grill. The headlights require some wiring to work.
Also, if you get 5.5 bumper with 5.0 lights, there will be a gap between the headlight and the bumper.
