Speed Sensitive, rhythmic thumping sound?
2000 Nissan Max, with about 84k on it. Recently heard squeaking from the brakes, so I ordered new front rotors/brakes. I started with the front passenger side, and it looked like the brake pads had a ton of life, so I put everything back together.
Now I hear this light rhythmic thumping/clicking sound when I am off the gas and decelerating at speeds of 40mph and down. The sound goes away when I hit the brakes, and goes away if i hit the gas. If I put the car in neutral while rolling, the sound is still there.
I double checked the brakes on that wheel, and everything seems to be installed properly. Any ideas? I know the rotors are getting warped because I can feel the steering wheel shake.....but I don't see how this could be rotor related? Thanks in advance.

Check lug-nuts are tight. Probably just the bad rotors combined with sticking guide pins, have a truck with same issue, been meaning to overhaul those brakes for awhile now.......
