TCS code P1211

Front brakes were just replaced on 2000 SE and now ABS, Slip and TCS lights are on with code P1211. Any ideas?

Maybe the people somehow damaged the notched ring for the ABS sensor behind the hub

far-fetched I feel, but you never know.....
