Crank Shaft Pully/Balancer.

I was filling up my washer fluid tonight with the car running, I noticed the Crank Pully appeared to wobble, is this just a illusion ? Or could it be Bent, If so can i get some opinions on prices for the pully/balancer, And anyone who has replaced it, Was it a pain or pretty simple, seems simple enough to me.

It very well could be about to separate, that is, the outer ring come apart from the smaller inner one. My 96 did that. Good thing you have caught it early, because when it gives out the car will be undriveable until repaired.

It is also a pain to remove the broken pulley when this happens, since most pullers grasp on the larger outer pulley.
