brake problem

I put on the 04 calipers, pads, and rotors and then bled the brakes. I go to start the car and the pedal went to the floor. I then took it to a shop to have it looked at. They bled the brakes and put in a new master cylinder. It still goes almost all the way to the floor and doesn't have much braking power.

This shop is now saying I need to take it to the dealer to have the ABS looked at.

WTF?? This is really starting to pi$$ me off now.

make sure the bleeder valve on the caliper is on top. if not, you have the calipers mounted backwards and it'll be very difficult to eliminate the pedal mushiness.

Hmm, that could be a possibility. The air would get trapped at the top if the bleeder valve was not on top.

I haven't looked at it since last wednesday, so I can't remember if the valve is on top or the bottom.

Thanks for the response. Will check it out tommorrow.
