Broken Sun Roof Wind Deflector

What should i do here is a pic i came out this morning to go for a drive and i found this. this wasnt like this what could have caused this. i dont want to take it off because I am afraid that it will show faded paint. how much would it cost to get a new one.

Hey im looking for one too? The stealership/previous owner had removed it.
I have scratches on where it was installed.
Do they do alot for wind flow and or noise?
Do they make any stealthy ones? In other words not so high?

i replaced mine with a new one for about 50 bucks. unfortunately i had the scracthes deep into my paint so i called up daveb. if thes that original one then the one from daveb will not be a exact one because what i noticed was that the newer one is a little higher in height, maybe aboutn 1/8-1/4 higher. i didnt really notice a difference in sound w/o it off but then again i listen to my music while having the windows down so i have other distractions. hope that helps.

you can buy one on ebay but sometimes the generic ones dont look as good because the bottom seal doesnt fit as good..... or get one from the deal and it will fit perfect

as for the noise i dont think it cuts on noise but less air gets into the car so you dont get that wind tunnel feeling

yeah my paint faded plus theres are deep scratches around the ends of were the rubber stills. over time the rubber becomes almost like hard plastic and thats what causes those deep scratches/paint fade. ive tried scratch x on it but it really didnt seem to help. its just one of those things you have to live with due to nissans crappy paint.
